BASIC KNIFE & AXE MAKING

In this class students will forge, grind, heat treat and handle a basic fixed blade knife or forge a Kentucky style belt axe. If time allows more than one knife or a different style axe can be created. This is a perfect introduction to the art of bladesmithing or a great way to increase one’s skillset. Instructor: Matthew Shirey. Class meets on Monday.
