This 3-day class requires students to have general knife grinding knowledge prior to this class. Students will be instructed on how to construct a full tang chef knife, including handle material selection, pin stock, adhesives, and overall finish techniques. Materials and supplies will be provided to make a finished chef knife. Instructor: Ken Hall. Class meets Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
