Leather Sheath

LEATHER SHEATH

This 2-day class will instruct students on how to make a leather sheath for a medium sized fixed blade knife. The class will cover the following topics: leather selection, making a pattern, cutting leather, basic tooling, dying and hand stitching. The objective of the class is for each student to complete a sheath for one of their knives. Students must bring a completed knife to make a sheath for. Instructor: Ken Hall. Class meets Friday and Saturday.
